To achieve the statutory goals within the framework of the current legislation, the Association carries out the following types (subject) of activities:
assists the members of the Association in providing all-round help, protecting the legal rights and interests of the members of the Association in government and local government bodies, in public associations and other organizations, as well as in front of third parties;
informatively supports the members of the Association;
participates in the formation of transparent and fair market rules for products for theaters, shows and cinema, protection of the market from unscrupulous participants;
assists the members of the Association in the development, implementation of programs, including targeted ones, projects and events aimed at developing the market for products for theaters, shows and films;
interacts with the media within the framework of the statutory activities of the Association;
organizes and conducts lectures, consultations, seminars, symposia, business meetings, conferences and events for the exchange of experience among persons working in the market of products for theaters, shows and films;
assists the members of the Association in organizing joint projects on the market of products for theaters, shows and films;
assists the members of the Association in organizing the learning process and assists in improving the system of professional, additional professional training, retraining, advanced training, training of specialists;
assists the members of the Association in the implementation of activities aimed at the development of advanced technologies for the market of products for theaters, shows and films;
interacts with similar associations, societies and organizations in Russia and foreign countries, participates in local and international seminars, exhibitions and conferences within the framework of the statutory activities of the Association;

organizes the creation of a material and technical base for the development of the market for products for theaters, shows and cinema;
provides social and legal support to the members of the Association, aimed at achieving the goals of the Association;
carries out publishing activities within the framework of the statutory activities of the Association;
assist in career guidance and employment of adolescents and youth within the framework of the statutory activities of the Association;
assists the members of the Association in the development of standards, rules and technical, regulations in the field of professional competencies of the market for products for theaters, shows and films;
assists the members of the Association in representing public opinion and participating in specialized interdepartmental councils, other commissions in various areas of expert activity;
organizes for the members of the Association for the training and advanced training of experts, certification of experts operating in the market for products for theaters, shows and films;
researches market conditions and identifying public opinion on the market for products for theaters, shows and cinema;
provides technical testing, research and certification of products for theaters, shows and cinema.

Members of the Association are the founders of the Association, as well as legal entities that entered the Association after its state registration and fully capable citizens.
Legal and fully capable individuals who recognize the Charter and are able to contribute to the implementation of the goals and types (subject matter) of the Association's activities can be admitted to the membership of the Association.
1. Admission to the Association of members is carried out on the basis of a written application addressed to the President of the Association for membership in the Association, which must contain the following information:

contact number

For individuals:

contact number.
2. The term for consideration of an application for membership in the Association is 15 (fifteen) working days.
3. The decision on admitting a new member to the Association is made by the General Meeting of the members of the Association.
4. The general meeting of the members of the Association has the right to refuse an applicant to join the Association with an indication of the reason.
5. The applicant is obliged to pay an entrance fee within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the decision on admission to the Association, the amount of which is determined by the General Meeting of the Association members.
6. The rights of a member of the Association cannot be transferred to third parties.
